Oatmeal Raisin Muffins

makes: 12 muffins

• 1 c. oatmeal
• 1 c. flour
• 1/2 c. brown sugar
• 1/2 c. raisins
• 2 tsp baking powder
• 2 tsp baking soda
• 1/4 tsp cinnamon
• 1/4 tsp salt
• 3/4 c. apple sauce
• 1/3 c. vegetable oil
• 1 egg
• 1 tsp vanilla

Combine dry ingredients together first, then stir in the remaining ingredients.
