Vegetarian Taco Soup


  • 8 cups water
  • 288 grams 10-bean soup mix (mix of 10 kinds of dried beans)
  • 1 (14 oz) can diced tomatoes
  • 1 yellow onion, diced
  • 1/2 tsp cumin
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/4 cup taco seasoning (or 1 packet)
  • 1 tbsp ranch seasoning
  • 1 tsp salt
Put all ingredients in a slow cooker and cook on low for 10 hours or high for 7.
