- 1 1/2 c. water
- 1/4 c. vinegar
- 1 1/2 Tbsp coarse salt (pickling salt OR sea salt)
- 2 tsp peppercorns
- 1 Tbsp minced garlic
- 1 tsp sugar
- 1 tsp dried dill
- sprig of fresh dill
- cucumber cut into spears or slices
In a quart-sized mason jar, add all ingredients. Store in the fridge and wait at least 24 hours before enjoying
